Please join me in praying this chaplet every day in reparation for all abuses of the Blessed Sacrament.
This chaplet can be prayed at any time during the day.
Use an ordinary rosary.
Chaplet of the Adorable Sacrament
Begin with an Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be
for the intentions of the Holy Father.
Pray the following on the Our Father beads:
“Lord Jesus, I offer You my sorrow for the many sacrileges committed
against You and the indifference shown You
in the Holy Sacrament of the Altar.”
Then on the Hail Mary beads pray:
“Jesus, I adore You in the most Blessed Sacrament.”
At the end of the rosary conclude with this prayer:
“Holy Mother Mary, please present this prayer to your Son, Jesus,
and bring consolation to His Sacred Heart.
Please give Him my thanks for His divine presence in the Blessed Sacrament.
He has treated us with mercy and love by staying with us.
May my life be my thanksgiving prayer to Him.
Jesus, I trust in You.
Day 8 Novena to St John Vianney #pinterest
DAY EIGHT – For exquisite purity
O Holy Priest of Ars, a witness of your life made this magnificent praise of you: ‘We would have taken him for an angel in a mortal body.” You so edified others: the modesty and the exquisite purity radiated from your body. With such charm and with such enthusiasm you preached to others about these beautiful virtues which you said resembled the perfume of a vineyard in bloom.
Please I beg you to join your entreaties to those of Mary Immaculate and Saint Philomena in order that I guard always, as God asks me, the purity of my heart. You, who have directed so many souls towards the heights of virtue, defend me in temptations and obtain for me the strength to conquer them.
Holy Priest of Ars, I have confidence in your intercession. Pray for me during this novena especially for… (mention your request)

Prayer for Priests by St. Teresa of Avila #pinterest
O my Most Sweet Jesus, O Jesus, Eternal High Priest, keep Thy priests in the shelter of Thy Sacred Heart, where no one can hurt them.
Keep their anointed hands unsullied, which daily handle Thy Sacred Body.
Keep pure the lips which are reddened with Thy Precious Blood.
Keep pure and unworldly their hearts which are sealed with the sublime token of Thy glorious priesthood.
Cause them to grow in love and loyalty to Thee and protect them from the contamination of the world.
With their power of transforming bread and wine, give them the power of transforming hearts. Bless their work with rich fruit and grant them one day the crown of eternal life. Amen.

“Few souls understand what God would effect in them if they should give themselves entirely into His hands and allow His grace to act.”

Our Morning Offering – August 3 #pinterest
Lord God, whose we are and whom we serve,
help us to glorify You this day, in all the thoughts of our hearts,
in all the words of our lip, and in all the works of our hands,
as becomes those who are Your servants.
O Holy Spirit of God, take us as Your disciplse;
guide us, illuminate us, sanctify us.
Bind our hands that they may do no evil;
cover our eyes that they may see it no more;
sanctify our heart that evil may not dwell within us.
Be our God; be our guide.
Wherever you lead, we will go:
whatever you forbid, we will renounce;
and whatever you command us, in Your strength, we will do.
Lead us, then, unto the fullness of Your truth.
Through Our Lord Jesus Christ Amen.
Saint of the day – August 3 – St Gamaliel #pinterest
Ecclesiastical tradition maintains that Gamaliel had embraced the Christian faith and his tolerant attitude toward the Early Christians is explained by this. According to Photius, he was baptized by Saint Peter and Saint John, together with his son Abibo (Abibas, Abibus) and Nicodemus. The Clementine Literature suggested that he maintained secrecy about the conversion and continued to be a member of the Sanhedrin for the purpose of covertly assisting his fellow Christians.
The Church venerates Gamaliel as a saint, where he is commemorated on August 3, the date when tradition holds that his relics were found, along with those of Stephen the Protomartyr, Abibas (Gamaliel’s son), and Nicodemus. It is said that in the 5th century, by a miracle, his body had been discovered and taken to Pisa Cathedral.
